Attitudes and behaviorals form a vicious cycle. Generally we react negatively to those who treat us bad. This cycle can be broken.
When they are rude, you be courteous.
When they are scant, you be generous.
When they are uptight, you be easy going.
When they are grumpy, you be joyful.
